After the event a public vote decided the “winner” and we came out on top. We are really happy that so many people like the idea that is YouTV.se. There was a ton of really interesting sites created at the event so take time and check them out.

Today, when viewing videos online, the experience is far from that. The user has to entertain herself browsing and searching through videos and always making new choices with thousands of alternatives.

YouTV.se is an attempt to bring a laid back style of watching videos online. At YouTV.se users directly enters a stream of YouTube videos without having to make an active choice and find exactly what they think they want. Just choose that they are in the mood for some comedy.

It’s also a platform where users easily can create their own channels, spread and embed on their own pages and blogs.

The site right now is just to serve as a preview of what the final experience will be.
